4 Weeks to Self Discovery (Round 10)
When was the last time you looked at yourself- like truly looked at yourself?
This workshop focuses on diving deep into your truth and facing those inner demons that keep you from achieving what you passionately want to achieve.
Together we will look at your current blueprint, whether it be health, fitness, well being, career, relationships, home life - whatever your goals are, we will remove the layers and Katrina will help you understand what may be going on in a subconscious level.
Each week we will get together online for 4 weeks. Each week will have a focus and task to be completed which will help you take the next steps to getting you living a wholesome life.
Katrina offers a wide range of not only experiences but qualifications that she is able to bring to the table. She has been through some tough stages in her life which she was forced to face head on. THRIVE YOUR VIBE is the outcome of her journey, in her hopes to help others on theirs so that they may truly thrive in their own vibration.

November River Release

Being held by a beautiful river bank we lay in the still as we sit in gratitude and meditation being lead by some soulful Sound Healing in absolute pure bliss nature. Have your cards pulled and listen to messages that need to be heard by ones soul. After we do our river release and cold plunge into the bank and let go of what no longer serves us.
