I’m Katrina, founder of Thrive Your Vibe.

I understand that feeling deeply… because life has taken me through many different journeys.

Each one brought its own life-changing alterations. None of them were easy… but they have shaped me into the woman standing here today.

I didn’t bypass the hard moments.
I rebuilt through them.

Every breaking became an initiation.
Every ending refined who I was becoming.

Thrive Your Vibe was born from that lived experience… and strengthened through professional training.

Over the years I’ve also trained and built a professional background in neurolinguistic programming, breathwork facilitation, fitness and nutrition coaching, as well as energy and sound modalities.

Everything I offer is heart led and grounded in lived experience… not just the latest trend or wellness fad.

The work I deliver comes from walking the path myself and creating spaces where people can safely reconnect with their body and themselves again.

The work is grounded.
Regulated.
Intentional.

My work is for people who are ready to stop just coping with life… and start reconnecting with who they truly are.

And when it comes to energy and sound work… I’m not here to fix you.

My role is to hold the space… to create a safe and regulated container where your body can finally release what it’s been holding.
