This is a deeply grounding, body-based experience designed to help you slow down, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
We move out of the head… and back into the body.
This session blends guided breath work, sound healing, and gentle integration to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner clarity.
