Katrina will guide you into a meditative state and use various frequency healing instruments to help shift your body back to alignment.
You don’t need to have experienced in this space, just open to receiving x
What to bring:
Yoga mat, throw blanket if you have a tendency to get cold, head pillow (not necessary but some prefer one), eye mask, knee pillow (if you need one). The aim is to be comfortable on the floor for the allocated amount of time.
**Sound healing is a beautiful and powerful experience, but please know it is not generally recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy due to the depth and intensity of some sounds and vibrations.Please come at your own discernment and honour what feels right for you. If you have any medical condition and are unsure if you are able to participate please see your doctor/ medical practitioner to consult prior to attendance.
