What to expect during the session
This is a full journey… not just lying down and relaxing.
We begin with ceremonial cacao and intention setting, creating a space to slow down and connect in.
There will be a share circle… a chance to be seen, heard, and held without judgement.
From there, you’ll be guided into the breathwork.
You may experience:
• tingling in the hands, face, or body
• waves of emotion
• physical sensations moving through you
• insights or memories rising to the surface
• a feeling of expansion
• deep calm afterwards
Whatever arises is your nervous system responding and recalibrating.
You will be guided the entire time.
There will be music.
There will be grounding.
After the breathwork, you’ll be guided into a sound immersion using crystal bowls and frequency to support integration.
This is where the body softens… and everything begins to settle.
There will be integration so you leave feeling steady… not scattered.
