Letter to SELF is a deeply restorative half-day retreat designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the version of you that feels lighter, clearer and more aligned.
The full moon has long been a time of illumination… a moment where emotions rise and truth becomes clearer. Rather than pushing those feelings away, this retreat creates a safe and supportive space to acknowledge them, move through them, and consciously release what no longer belongs to you.
Throughout this 4-hour experience, you will be guided through a powerful journey that supports both the body and mind.
We begin by gathering together with ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-opening ritual that invites presence, connection and intention for the afternoon ahead.
From there, the body is guided into stillness through grounding breathwork, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to quiet. From this regulated space, immersive sound healing helps guide you into deeper relaxation and integration.
At the heart of the retreat is the Letter to SELF ritual.
A quiet and honest moment to sit with your SELF… without judgement.
To acknowledge the weight you’ve carried.
The lessons you’ve lived.
The stories that no longer define you.
Through guided journaling you will write a letter to your SELF, allowing emotions, insights, and truth to surface naturally. This becomes a powerful moment of reflection and release under the energy of the full moon.
To support the physical reset of the body, the retreat also includes sauna and cold plunge therapy, helping to awaken circulation, clear the mind, and leave you feeling both grounded and energised.
Light snacks will also be provided to nourish and support you as we move through the afternoon together.
